Supplied & fitted · West London and the Home Counties
We measure it, we supply it, we fit it.
ECOSlide® sliding sash windows surveyed before anything is ordered, fitted by our own teams, and finished with a FENSA certificate and an insurance-backed guarantee. One company carries the job from the first measurement to the last bit of making good.
The survey is the point
On a fitted order we measure your openings ourselves before a single window is ordered. That sounds procedural, and it is the single most valuable thing in this service. It moves the risk of a wrong size off you and onto us. Sash openings in period houses are rarely square, rarely consistent between floors, and rarely the size anyone assumes.
Where we fit
Our fitting teams work outward from Uxbridge across West London and the Home Counties. That covers:
- Buckinghamshire, including Beaconsfield, Gerrards Cross, High Wycombe, Marlow, Chalfont St Peter
- Berkshire, including Ascot, Maidenhead, Windsor, Reading, Bracknell
- Oxfordshire, including Oxford, Henley-on-Thames, Thame, Burford, Witney
- Surrey, including Woking, Virginia Water, Weybridge, Camberley, Chobham
- Hampshire, including Winchester, Fleet, Farnborough, Farnham, Salisbury
- West London, including Ealing, Richmond, Kingston upon Thames, Twickenham, Ruislip
- Hertfordshire, including Rickmansworth, Chorleywood, St Albans
Outside those areas we do not fit. We would rather say so plainly than take a deposit and then tell you. What we can do anywhere in the country is supply the windows and get them delivered to you, which is a supply-only order.
What is included
- A free survey before anything is ordered, with no obligation and no salesman staying for two hours.
- Fitting by our own teams. Not subcontracted out to whoever is free that week.
- Removal and disposal of the old windows.
- Making good the internal plaster line to a standard you can decorate over. Redecoration itself is not included.
- A FENSA certificate on completion, registering the work under the Building Regulations. You need this when you sell.
- An insurance-backed guarantee through the Consumer Protection Association, which stands behind the work even if we are not there to honour it.
Building Regulations certificate issued to you on completion.
Warmer rooms and no draught where the two sashes meet.
Also available as a Secured by Design window, satisfying Document Q.
Manufacturer warranty on the windows, our guarantee on the fitting.
Conservation areas and period property
Much of this catchment is Victorian and Edwardian, and a good part of it sits inside a conservation area. That usually means a planning officer wants to see the original proportions kept: panes divided the way they were, sightlines that are not suddenly much fatter, and a colour that suits the street. Georgian bar layouts and any RAL or Farrow & Ball colour cover almost every case we meet. Tell us at survey if the property is listed or in a conservation area and we will specify accordingly.
How a fitted job runs
- Photograph and rough sizes to start. Enough for an indicative conversation.
- Free survey on site. Exact sizes, condition of the existing openings, access, and anything that will need attention once the old windows come out.
- Written quotation against that survey, with the specification set out so you can see what you are buying.
- Manufacture once the order is confirmed. Lead time confirmed in writing.
- Fitting day. Clear access to the openings is the one thing we need from you: furniture moved, blinds and curtains down, alarm sensors dealt with.
- Completion. Old windows away, plaster line made good, FENSA certificate and guarantee documents issued.
