How does the tilt in cleaning actually work?
Both sashes tilt inwards into the room, so you can reach the outside face of the glass from inside the house. Two tilt knobs are standard. On a two storey house it removes the need for a ladder or a window cleaner on the upper floor entirely, which is the feature most people end up using every few weeks.
Is a survey needed if all the windows look the same size?
