What exactly does the 10 year warranty cover?
The windows, with a certificate issued against your job number. Where we have installed them, our workmanship sits on top of that and is backed by an insurance-backed guarantee through the Consumer Protection Association, which means the cover stands even if the installer is no longer trading. Product and fitting each have their own cover behind them.
What colours are available as standard?
