Liphook grew around the old coaching route and later the railway, with an older core near the square including buildings of some age, and Victorian and Edwardian housing from the railway period around it. Yes. What the survey establishes is where a vehicle can stand and how the frames will be carried in and out, which on a long approach is worth knowing in advance rather than on the morning. For supply-only deliveries the drop is kerbside, so the move from the road to the property is arranged by you.
