Sunningdale developed around its golf courses and its railway station into a village of large detached houses on wide, wooded plots, running into the Wentworth and Virginia Water fringe. What hardware finishes can I choose?
Eight finishes: White, Gold, Satin Chrome, Chrome, Black, Black Nickel, Rose Gold and Antique Gold. Inset finger pulls and D handles are optional extras on top of that, and the finish can vary between rooms within one order if you want the principal rooms treated differently.
Do you provide a written specification before the order is placed?
Yes. The quotation is written against the survey and sets out the specification so you can see exactly what is being supplied, including colour, glass, hardware and glazing bar layout. On an estate that requires approval, that document is usually what you send them.
