Holyport is built around a large village green south of Maidenhead, with brick and rendered cottages and larger houses facing it, several of considerable age, and the older lanes running off it holding more of the same. How do I choose a colour that suits an older village property?
The two useful levers are texture and shade. The five woodgrain foils, Golden Oak, Irish Oak, Rosewood, Cream and Crystal White, read as timber rather than plastic, and beyond those any classic RAL colour can be sprayed or a Farrow and Ball shade matched.
